Job Summary
Baker duties include preparing products per standards, maintaining an appealing showcase, and ensuring proper selection for guests; deliver consistent customer service with a friendly attitude, follow the S.E.T. principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You), help meet speed-of-service targets in the restaurant and drive-thru, and promptly address guest concerns. Responsibilities cover following operations standards for product prep and equipment, monitoring fridge/freezer inventory, minimizing waste by producing smaller quantities and logging items, responding to showcases and product needs, assisting in serving guests, conducting regular temperature checks and recording data, maintaining a clean production area, upholding health and safety practices, PPE usage, sanitation tasks, and reporting injuries or unsafe conditions to management.
