Job Summary
Baker role in Tim Hortons Baking Program focused on product preparation, upholding Always Fresh procedures and shelf-life standards, and delivering consistent guest-facing service. Responsibilities include maintaining an appealing showcase, supporting speed-of-service targets, handling order fulfillment in the restaurant and drive-thru, executing service recovery, listening to and addressing guest concerns, following health and safety guidelines, sanitation, and proper hand-washing; monitoring inventory, recording temperatures in the Time & Temperature Log, and cleaning/maintaining the production area; following all policies and procedures, ensuring a clean environment ready for rush periods, and assisting with front-of-house guest service as needed; must be able to work in a kitchen environment and be at least 16 years old.
