Job Summary
Bakery role within Tim Hortons Baking Program focusing on following Always Fresh procedures, maintaining an appealing guest showcase, delivering consistent customer service, and supporting speed of service in restaurant and drive-thru. Responsibilities include friendly, attentive service per SET principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You), handling production tasks, minimizing waste, recording temperatures, cleaning and maintaining the production area, complying with sanitation guidelines, health and safety policies, and reporting incidents as needed. Must follow policies, assist in serving guests, monitor inventory, and operate in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
