Job Summary
Baker role in Tim Hortons Baking Program involving following Always Fresh procedures to ensure products are always fresh and accurate; maintaining a guest-facing showcase with minimum quantity and variety standards; delivering friendly customer service using the S.E.T. Principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You); supporting speed of service targets by filling orders quickly; handling service recovery by addressing guest concerns; listening to feedback and apologizing when needed. Responsibilities include following Operations standards for product preparation and equipment operation; monitoring fridge/freezer inventory and submitting orders; preparing products to minimize waste by producing smaller quantities more frequently; recording temps in the Time & Temperature Log; maintaining a clean production area; adhering to sanitation guidelines and proper hand washing; using PPE as required; reporting injuries or safety concerns; and ensuring a safe work environment. Must be 16 years of age or older.
