Job Summary
Baker role at Tim Hortons: prepare and produce bakery products following the Always Fresh program, maintain an appealing guest-facing display, support fast service and drive-thru by efficiently filling orders, deliver friendly customer service, and ensure quality and consistency. Follow sanitation and safety guidelines, monitor temperatures and inventory, record production and waste on production sheets, assist in the restaurant front when needed, and adhere to all policies and procedures to support rush periods and time-sensitive requests. Must be at least 16 years old and operate within health and safety standards while using proper PPE as required.
