Baker role at Tim Hortons Baking Program with early morning shifts (3-4am to 10-11am). Responsibilities include preparing all products per standards, maintaining a guest-appealing showcase, delivering consistent customer service, supporting speed of service by efficiently filling orders, executing service recovery, listening and apologizing for guest concerns, following health, safety and sanitation procedures, monitoring fridge/freezer temperatures and recording in the Time & Temperature Log, managing production and waste, and assisting in serving guests when needed.
