Baker

Baker responsible for preparing and presenting baked goods per established procedures, maintaining an appealing guest-facing showcase, and delivering consistent customer service. Duties include following Always Fresh standards, adhering to product shelf-life guidelines, assisting with speed of service to fill orders in the restaurant and drive-thru, handling service recovery by making things right for guests, listening and apologizing for guest concerns, and supporting restaurant operations. Responsibilities extend to monitoring inventory, preparing products to minimize waste, recording production and waste, responding to showcase/product needs, assisting in guest service at the restaurant front, regularly taking temperatures and logging in the Time & Temperature Log, maintaining cleanliness of the production area, following policies and sanitation guidelines, wearing PPE as required, and reporting injuries or hazards to management. Must be 16 years of age or older.
