Job Summary
Baker role within Tim Hortons Baking Program. Responsibilities include following Always Fresh procedures to ensure products are fresh and accurately prepared; maintaining an appealing guest-facing showcase with appropriate product variety; delivering strong customer service through friendly interactions, eye contact, and Thank You; assisting in driving-through and front-of-house service to fill orders quickly; handling service recovery by addressing guest concerns and solving issues; listening to customer feedback and apologizing when needed; operating according to Kitchen/Restaurant standards and policies; monitoring inventory, recording production and waste, and ensuring proper temperatures in fridge/freezer; supporting sanitation practices and workplace cleanliness; following health and safety regulations and using PPE as required; reporting injuries or unsafe conditions to management; and performing duties to support rush periods and efficient kitchen operations. Must be at least 16 years old and capable of working in a Fast Food/Restaurant environment, with focus on accuracy, speed, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
