Job Summary
Baker role at Tim Hortons Baking Program focused on producing fresh baked goods and delivering consistent guest service. Responsibilities include following Always Fresh procedures, maintaining an appealing showcase with adequate product variety and quantity, applying set Customer Service standards and S.E.T. Principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You), supporting speed of service by efficiently filling orders, handling service recovery for guest concerns, and adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Duties also cover restaurant operations such as inventory monitoring, waste reduction through smaller, more frequent production, responding to product needs from the Front, assisting guests at the Front when needed, recording temperatures in the required logs, cleaning the production area, and following management policies and sanitation tasks. Must work in a restaurant environment compliant with health and safety legislation, using PPE as required and reporting injuries or unsafe conditions to management.
