Job Summary
Bake products following the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure consistent quality; maintain an appealing showcase and support guest selection. Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude, eye contact, and Thank You; work quickly to fill orders in the restaurant and drive-thru; promptly resolve service concerns with guests. Follow Operations standards for product preparation and equipment operation; monitor fridge/freezer inventory and temperatures; minimize waste by producing smaller quantities throughout the day; respond to showcase/product needs from the Restaurant Front; assist in serving guests as needed. Adhere to sanitation guidelines, hand-washing protocols, and safety procedures; report injuries or unsafe conditions to management; maintain a clean production area and comply with health and safety legislation. Must be at least 16 years old.
