Job Summary
Baker at Tim Hortons Baking Program responsible for preparing and producing products per Always Fresh standards, maintaining an appealing guest-facing showcase, and delivering consistent customer service. Supports speed of service by efficiently filling orders, handles service recovery, and listens to guest feedback. Performs restaurant operations including production, inventory monitoring, temperature logging, and sanitation. Follows all policies, maintains clean work areas, prioritizes food safety, and uses PPE as required. Must be 16 years of age or older and capable of working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Skills emphasized include customer service, temperature control, sanitation, stock/production management, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
