Job Summary
Prepare and bake fresh kolaches, pastries, and other bakery items following company recipes, while also operating the register to handle cash and credit card transactions. Greet every guest with friendly service, maintain product quality and presentation, and keep the bakery, kitchen, and dining room clean and sanitary. Restock products as needed and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures while working as part of a team. Early morning availability starting as early as 3:00 AM is required, with most shifts ending by 2:00 PM. Weekend work is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and work well with others
- Willingness to learn and follow recipes and procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Early morning availability (starting as early as 3:00 AM)
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior baking, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person!
