Job Summary
Bake artisan bread and treats daily by following carefully crafted recipes, measuring ingredients, moulding dough, and processing items through ovens. Maintain bakery cleanliness while working with a small team to ensure a positive customer experience. Read production schedules and manage morning baking operations with pride in the community impact of fresh products. Requires flexible availability including weekday and weekend shifts starting at 4 AM, with continuous standing and lifting up to 22 kg. Join a network of over 700 bakeries serving 2.1 million customers weekly, where unsold goods are donated to local charities.
