Job Summary
Bake, merchandise, and package goods including bagels, croissants, cookies, and pastries while loading carts, stacking flour, and operating kitchen machinery such as ovens, proofers, and mixers. Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment and assist bakery clerks to provide service to guests. This full-time role requires early morning shifts starting as early as 1:00am and may include locations in Granite Bay, Roseville, Rocklin, or West Sacramento. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess basic math skills, and demonstrate intermediate product knowledge regarding temperature and chemical reactions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess basic math skills
- Must have intermediate product knowledge including knowledge of temperature, chemical reactions, and bakery products
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs
- Basic understanding of the English language, which includes the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules and signage
- Excellent customer service skills
- A positive attitude is essential!
