Job Summary
Conduct repetitive baking and frosting operations for Nothing Bundt Cakes, strictly adhering to proprietary recipes, food safety standards, and brand guidelines. Utilize measuring instruments, mixers, and pastry bags to prepare cakes for pre-orders and walk-in guests while maintaining adequate display case par levels. Manage inventory of frosting supplies, rotate products, and maintain required refrigeration logs. Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations to ensure readiness for the next shift, complying with all health, safety policies, and dress code requirements. Requires flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays across the bakery's Monday through Sunday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift items of moderate to heavyweight (as much as 50 pounds)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to understand written and oral directions, interpret instructional documents such as operating procedures and health and safety rules, and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities
- Ability to perform repetitious, physical tasks
