Job Summary
As a Bakım Süpervizörü at KONE, you will guide and motivate maintenance technicians to ensure operational services are performed safely and to high standards. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with all clients, resolve customer complaints professionally, coach technicians for performance improvement, and conduct field inspections to monitor quality of service. You are expected to engage in short-term resource planning, conduct annual goal-setting meetings with technicians, manage team resources, and ensure seamless transitions from installation to maintenance processes. Additionally, you will oversee open work orders and customer requests, follow service programs, and facilitate third-party audits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from Electrical or Mechanical Engineering departments
- Residing in Istanbul European Side
- Customer-oriented
Desired Qualifications
- Good level of English knowledge
- Possession of SMM certification or ability to obtain it without issue
- Experience in elevator, escalator and/or technical service sector
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility with working hours
- Active driver
