Develop lesson plans based on student abilities and introduce music theory alongside traditional repertoire. Prepare students for performances, competitions, and examinations by assessing progress and providing constructive feedback. Encourage regular practice and skill development to ensure mastery. This role supports students in advancing their musical performance capabilities within the program.
