Job Summary
Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed bagging/packaging machinery to ensure timely and efficient production. Responsibilities include running palletizing equipment, recording samples, tote weights, and bag counts; reading product tags for description, product number, lot number, and weight; safely operating forklifts and loading/unloading trailers; pulling bags of ingredients from the warehouse; maintaining a clean, safe work area; and adhering to safety and quality-control measures. Requires ability to read/write English, basic math and mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, teamwork, physical strength, and the ability to respond quickly to problems. Location: Hahn Plant in Marshall, MN; Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Production experience preferred; Starting pay: $18.50/hour with potential increases and overtime.
