Job Summary
Greet and assist guests to provide a welcoming, efficient checkout experience. Bag groceries according to procedures while maintaining product integrity and keeping the checkout area clean and stocked. Share customer requests and feedback to leadership and perform parcel pick-up service. Support team goals by meeting quality standards between 10 am and 5 pm daily and perform other duties as needed. Maintain regular, timely attendance with adequate notice for occasional absences. This part-time role in Suamico requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds intermittently, and working varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, count, and write accurately
- Ability to operate necessary equipment
- Ability to stand in place for long periods of time
- Ability to walk in the store
- Ability to bend, stoop and lift or push 15-20 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to lift or push 50 pounds intermittently
- Ability to possess fine finger and broad manual dexterity
- Ability to have eye-hand-foot coordination
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to provide regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule
- Ability to provide adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences
