Job Summary
Engage guests, describe food and beverage, take orders, and deliver meals while ensuring alcohol compliance and revenue growth. Set up dining and bar areas, check identification for minimum age requirements, and adhere to standardized portion sizes and cleanliness standards. Input orders accurately into the register, collect payments, process transactions, and maintain PCI credit card compliance. Sweep floors, bus tables, and position marketing materials as needed. Requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of spirits and standard drink recipes, and one year of restaurant server experience preferred. Full-time employment with on-call rotation available.

- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in a server position within the restaurant business preferred.
