Job Summary
Greet guests, inform them of specials, and take food and drink orders while accurately inputting them into the register system. Deliver orders to guests, collect payments, and process credit card transactions while ensuring PCI compliance. Manage takeout orders for accuracy, check guest identification for alcohol consumption, and maintain a clean cashier area. Set up the front counter, unload trucks, and adhere to standardized portion sizes and safety standards. Address guest concerns by informing the manager and solicit feedback after service. Maintain teamwork, promote cooperation, and assist other team members throughout the shift.

- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Self starter who is energetic and flexible.
- Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations
- Prioritizes responsibilities and achieves results through multi-tasking.
- Forms strong working relationships within team.
- Identifies additional tasks to be completed and willingly assists others.
- Follows direction with focused attention.
- Basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and standard drink recipes required.
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum one year of experience in a customer service position preferred.
