Baggage Service Agent (BSO)

On-load and off-load baggage manually or mechanically, gather, input, and process all data and documentation via manual, automated, or computerised systems including weather reporting, and undertake relevant baggage sortation duties. Carry out area hazard checks and Head-set duties involving communication with the flight deck in accordance with training. Perform all tasks safely and efficiently while adhering to company policies, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and teamwork to create a seamless airport experience. Shift runs from 18:00 to 01:00, closing until the last inbound flight.
