Job Summary
Unload luggage from buses, vans, and other transportation; route luggage to storage or delivery locations; assist guests with luggage and respond to guest requests; maintain knowledge of hotel services and local attractions; comply with department policies; perform tasks with physical dexterity and in line with safety standards; work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; maintain professional conduct and effective communication with guests and team members; possess a Nevada driver’s license and DMV report as required; prior customer service experience preferred.

- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
