Baggage Drop Agent - FLL Airport

Job Summary
Greet passengers at the baggage drop area and assist with luggage check-in while verifying tickets and travel documentation. Operate computer systems to process baggage, generate tags, and handle oversized or special care items. Explain baggage policies, coordinate with airline staff on special requirements, and collaborate with security to ensure compliance. Maintain an organized drop area, report irregularities immediately, and provide flight status and gate information. Perform any additional duties as assigned by management. This role supports PrimeFlight's mission as a leading commercial services provider with over 200 global locations.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, including written documentation
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Ability to reach with hands and arms; grasp, climb, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to hear and respond to spoken voice and audible alarms in a terminal environment
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
