Job Summary
Lead and support the Bagel Chef to ensure culinary and hospitality excellence across all bagel stations. Demonstrate correct culinary standards, warm hospitality, and a great attitude; train teammates on station-specific recipes, kitchen standards, and procedures; manage prep lists, waste logs, and food inventory; delegate work and enforce deployment and breaks; open/close the restaurant using checklists and ensure orders for walk-ins, pickups, and deliveries are accurate; lead pre-shifts and contribute to the Chef’s agenda; uphold food presentation, order accuracy, and safety standards per health regulations and PopUp Bagels policies; address guest concerns and maintain equipment; perform duties with flexibility as needs change; protect an “A” health standard by following food safety standards and department guidelines. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of leadership experience in a restaurant/hospitality environment
