Job Summary
Hand roll bagels, assist with dough preparation, and help produce authentic New Jersey style bagels. We provide hands-on training until you are comfortable and confident with the process. This role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to stand for extended periods while lifting up to 50 pounds. Experience with pizza dough, bread dough, or bakery work is a plus. The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until finished, usually around 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.
