Job Summary
Greet members and guests with a warm, professional, and courteous attitude while providing exceptional service including bag handling, cart staging, and club cleaning. Prepare, stage, and maintain golf carts to ensure they are clean, fully stocked, and ready for play, while keeping the cart area, bag drop, podium, parking lot, and surrounding clubhouse grounds clean and organized. Assist with the setup and execution of tournaments, outings, and member events, and communicate course policies, cart rules, and pace-of-play expectations in a friendly and professional manner. Full-time seasonal position with flexible hours of 16-24 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid drivers' license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- Weekends and holidays when needed
Desired Qualifications
- Prior golf operations experience
