Job Summary
Lead the setup and in-planting of the production environment, including hands-on machine installation, optimization, and process standardization. Coordinate with suppliers and partners to establish operational structure, ensuring quality and safety protocols are met during the new business unit launch. Prepare the facility for future scaling and team build-up while shaping the production environment within strategic guidelines. Availability from July is strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Around 10 years experience in production/technical role
- Strong technical expertise
- Experience with start-ups or installations
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset
- High ownership
- Availability from July
- Dutch and/or English
