Job Summary
Carry members and guests bags, wash and dispense range balls, and maintain club carts and the bag room. Keep the cart barn, practice facilities, and driving range clean and stocked with balls. Assist members with tire plugging, battery watering, and other cart services while monitoring range rules and reporting violations. Set up staging areas for tournaments including table setup, starters boxes, and cooler stations. Follow safety guidelines and St. Andrews standards to provide exceptional service to residents and guests.
Required Qualifications
- Must be service-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Must understand the importance of addressing all members by last name in all interactions.
- Must possess a basic knowledge of the game of golf and the equipment used in playing the game.
- High School Diploma and/or GED
- Related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be physically able to handle the demands of lifting golf bags, clubs, boxes, bending over, crouching, etc.
- Must be able to handle long hours when required and the stress of busy business situations
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Close vision

- The ability to adjust focus
