Job Summary
Oversee badge office operations by answering calls and emails professionally, updating employee, contractor, and vendor badge access while maintaining compliance with company policy. Ensure badging supplies are stocked and equipment remains functional, manage cardholder profile accuracy, and create, modify, or delete access levels and groups. Troubleshoot issues related to access control equipment, databases, and policies, coordinating resolutions and inputting required data into the database. Establish and maintain the highest standards of appearance and professional conduct for all security personnel and clients. This role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and knowledge of card access systems; weekly pay and competitive benefits are provided with flexible schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and has demonstrated a willingness to work with a diverse public.
- Must have an excellent attendance record and an overall good record with no evidence of disciplinary actions.
- Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and utilize sound judgment.
- Demonstrates strong leadership in the workplace.
- Working knowledge of card access, security and safety systems as they are utilized in high-rise commercial office buildings.
- Strong knowledge of PC's and Microsoft programs.
- Previous administrative experience

- Ability to attend task/function for more than 60 minutes at a time
- Possess the manual dexterity to operate hand-held or hand-operated devices such as, but not limited to, two-way radio, fire control panel, telephones and other pieces of equipment with knobs, dials, switches, keys and buttons
