Job Summary
Backwaiter supports restaurant operations by delivering food to guests promptly and courteously, assisting with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations. Responsibilities include delivering food, monitoring the expo line, running trays for dine-in, clearing/sanitizing tables, transporting dirty dishes, restocking stations, operating coffee/tea machines and POS systems, interacting with guests, following policies and safety procedures, assisting with greeting/seating and taking takeout orders when needed, and beverage service when required. Requires excellent customer service, teamwork, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training provided; role emphasizes hospitality and efficient service.
Required Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training is provided.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess or obtain a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable.
- Ability to stand, reach, bend, balance, and lift objects up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during a shift.
