Job Summary
Lead colleagues in executing assigned tasks while supervising the selling floor to deliver exceptional customer service. Fulfill customer orders, manage merchandising, and process new products under the supervision of a People Leader. Ensure high-level service through problem-solving, promote the mobile app, and meet with leaders to plan and monitor store activities. Perform opening and closing procedures, including alarm system access and register settlement, while adhering to merchandise standards. Educate staff on point of sale technology and radio frequency equipment to assist in selling and fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Proficient in communicating effectively with customers and providing clear direction to colleagues
- Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations and needs
- Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Lifting at least 50lbs.
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping and color vision
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, necessary to perform job functions, including handheld equipment, cash register and ability to process register transactions
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred
