Job Summary
Backstage Captain at Macy's Shoppes At Buckland Hills overseeing selling-floor leadership, merchandising, and customer service. Responsibilities include leading colleagues, driving Omni selling initiatives, supervising tasks, promoting the Macy's app to enhance the in-store experience, and supporting store opening/closing procedures.
