Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and following customer service principles while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases/returns and handling change, promoting credit and loyalty programs, supporting merchandising and recovery standards, and potentially cross-training in multiple store areas to meet business needs. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changes; physical ability to lift heavy objects and work a flexible schedule is needed. Benefits are offered according to plan terms, with a starting pay range of $13.75–$14.25 per hour at the Langhorne, PA location.
