Job Summary
Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to ensure efficient task completion. Maintain a clean, organized backroom area, rotate back stock for easy replenishment, and ensure all merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and secured. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience, enforce compliance with labor laws and safety programs, and communicate priorities with management and the Coordinator on Duty. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, lifting heavy objects, with a starting pay of $14.25 to $14.75 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking

- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation

- 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
