Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, returns, and counting change. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, initiate store recovery as needed, and uphold merchandising philosophy. Support shrink reduction goals, participate in safety awareness, and provide constructive feedback. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Work a flexible schedule supporting business demands. Starting pay is $13.00 to $13.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
