Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while supporting store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Uphold merchandising philosophy, promote credit and loyalty programs, and participate in safety awareness initiatives. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role supports the broader HomeGoods team within the TJX family, contributing to a culture of honesty, integrity, and respect across retail and distribution locations.

- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
