Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs throughout the day and uphold merchandising philosophy by following established procedures. Participate in safety awareness initiatives and actively contribute to shrink reduction goals. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
