Backroom Processing Associate

Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience and supporting store operations. Expected to accurately ring customer purchases and returns, process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, adhere to merchandising standards and loss prevention policies, may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas, participate in safety and cleanliness, and support credit/loyalty programs. Emphasizes teamwork, communication, adaptability to changes, and maintaining organized store environments.
