Backroom Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries and prioritizing merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized backroom and ensure associates complete tasks according to the store plan. Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary to support shrink reduction goals. Organize back stock rotation, maintain signage standards, and ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs. Communicate effectively with management to address priorities and provide progress updates. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, with a starting pay range of $17.25 to $17.75 per hour.
