Job Summary
Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates process merchandise efficiently. Orchestrate truck deliveries, prioritize sales floor processing, and rotate back stock for easy replenishment. Engage with all customers to maintain a clean, organized store and model exceptional service. Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and secured while maintaining organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards. Communicate priorities with management and address shrink reduction goals. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, lifting heavy objects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to train others
