Backroom Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring associates process merchandise efficiently. Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize moving goods to the sales floor. Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles, monitor team productivity, and coach as necessary. Maintain a clean, organized backroom area, rotate back stock for replenishment, and ensure all merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience and uphold store plan activities. Communicate priorities with management, address shrink reduction goals, and ensure compliance with labor laws and safety policies. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
