Job Summary
Backroom Coordinator responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team. You’ll train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles, organize and rotate back stock for replenishment, coordinate truck deliveries, ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded, and maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance with labor laws. The role requires strong communication, adaptability to changes, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends to support store operations and shrink-reduction goals.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months leadership experience
