Job Summary
Backroom Coordinator responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process efficiently, training and mentoring Associates on merchandising and processing principles, organizing and rotating back stock, tagging/hanging/coding merchandise, and maintaining safe, clean backroom operations. Will coordinate with management to maintain productivity, communicate priorities, and support store shrink reduction goals while upholding safety and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- superior communication and organizational skills
- ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
- capacity to train others
- ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
