Backroom Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries to prioritize processing merchandise onto the sales floor. Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles, ensuring they complete tasks according to the store plan and maintain proper tagging, hanging, and coding of goods. Monitor team productivity, coach as necessary, and rotate back stock for easy replenishment while upholding cleanliness, recovery, and safety standards. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience and communicate effectively with management to address priorities and provide progress updates. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, prioritizing shrink reduction goals and adherence to labor laws.
