Backroom Coordinator

Backroom Coordinator responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, training Associates, organizing backroom operations, tagging/hanging/stocking merchandise, coordinating with management on priorities, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and promoting customer service in TJX family stores across multiple brands. Role involves organizing back stock, ensuring efficient flow of goods to the sales floor, monitoring productivity, coaching teammates, and supporting shrink reduction initiatives. Requires strong communication and organization skills, ability to train others, and flexibility to work nights/weekends. Starting pay range: $15.00–$15.50 per hour.
