Backroom Coordinator

Execute receiving and merchandising standards while orchestrating truck deliveries to prioritize merchandise processing onto the sales floor. Ensure associates process efficiently by training on merchandising principles, monitoring team productivity, and coaching as necessary. Maintain a clean, organized backroom area by rotating stock, upholding signage standards, and ensuring all items are properly tagged, hung, and secured. Engage with all customers to maintain an excellent experience and communicate priorities with management to address flow issues. Adhere to labor laws, safety protocols, and recycling programs while supporting shrink reduction goals and credit initiatives. Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, lifting heavy objects as needed.
