Job Summary
Backroom Coordinator at TJX Companies responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, training and mentoring Associates, ensuring efficient processing of merchandise, organizing backroom operations, tagging/hanging/venting merchandise, coordinating with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain flow from backroom to sales floor, and maintaining safety, cleanliness, and productivity while supporting customer experiences and store goals.
