Job Summary
Backroom Coordinator responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, coordinating truck deliveries, training associates on merchandising and processing principles, ensuring merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded, maintaining backroom organization and recovery standards, coordinating with management on priorities, monitoring team productivity, and supporting safety, labor-law compliance, and shrink-reduction initiatives. The role emphasizes clear communication, teamwork, and hands-on backroom/store-floor flow to ensure efficient processing and a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
- Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Capable of lifting heavy objects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Team player
- Able to train others
