Job Summary
Backroom Coordinator at HomeGoods (TJX Companies): Executes receiving and merchandising standards, coordinates truck deliveries, trains Associates on merchandising and processing, ensures proper tagging/hanging/coding, maintains backroom organization, and supports inventory control while prioritizing efficient flow to the sales floor. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; strong communication and organizational skills; capacity to multi-task; leadership experience; and physical ability to lift heavy objects. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, adherence to labor laws, safety, and collaboration with management on training and priorities.
